The Nearshore Service Model
Our service model was created with SME customer needs top of mind. It consists of squads dedicated to the most common SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, Basis) and SAP UX, and S/4HANA. A squad is not just experienced in a particular SAP module but assigned to a small group of customers according to a particular industry or need (e.g. customized development).
